Service was different this time. While it was satisfactory, it was not optimal like it had been in prior visits. When setting up the appointment on-line, it would not allow me to pic While it was satisfactory, it was not optimal like it had been in prior visits. When setting up the appointment on-line, it would not allow me to pick the appropriate option of service I actually wanted. In other words, before I could proceed, it prompted me to pick a more expensive service, which I did not need just to schedule the appointment. I only needed an oil change btw. It also forced me pick a service person by name; I don't know their names, so I had to randomly select someone. That was pointless. Upon arriving for my appointment, it took a while for someone to even acknowledge I was there. More

I've always taken my car to this dealership and have been very happy with their work. This time I was a bit disappointed as I had requested when I set up my service request to have the technicians look at t very happy with their work. This time I was a bit disappointed as I had requested when I set up my service request to have the technicians look at the transmission fluid and they did not. I was told I had to set up a special appointment unless I wanted to leave the car there until Monday (I brought it in on a Saturday) Last service visit the technician said a code popped up regarding the transmission, but they didn't have time to look into it. I thought by telling the women who took my call that I needed the transmission fluid checked because a code popped up last visit that they would have allowed time to look at what the code was OR told me when I made the appointment that I needed to make a separate appointment with specific technicians at that time, not when I got to the dealership. More
