My cars are not museum pieces but I'm OCD about them. They are very thorough and explain everything. They always always use Toyota OEM parts ( I hate after market) and they treat my dog Sable like gold. They are very thorough and explain everything. They always always use Toyota OEM parts ( I hate after market) and they treat my dog Sable like gold. You also have a great customer base because they're nice to my dog, too. My only complaint is people who make appointments should take priority. I make appointments to get in and ou. I just moved here to Henderson and have nobody to pick me up. Those Uber people all have SUVs and my dog is too old to get in one. I waited 2 hours before my car was brought in the shop to be worked on and I was a half hour early before my appointment. But great job as always. More

Have a 99 Sienna that Findlay replaced the motor and transmission several years ago and they did an excellent job. Took my 94 Camry to a competitor a year ago (04/2024)for a oil change and they recomm transmission several years ago and they did an excellent job. Took my 94 Camry to a competitor a year ago (04/2024)for a oil change and they recommended several expensive repairs. I waited a year, and took the Camry to Findlay Toyota for a oil change and second opinion on the previous recommended repairs. Findlay's mechanic said that none of the recommended repairs were necessary which confirmed my decision to wait for a year because the car seemed fine to me. I trust Findlay and Richard to do quality work. More
