Unapologetically dishonest and completely derelict in their service. I hate to leave negative reviews but I would not under any circumstances bring my vehicle to be serviced here again. After charging me their service. I hate to leave negative reviews but I would not under any circumstances bring my vehicle to be serviced here again. After charging me for more service than my vehicle was worth they still did not repair the issue, they refused to answer a text or call for months and eventually agreed to relook at it - resulting in an estimate for another $5k (!) to fix the problem I already paid _thousands_ for. After one more attempt to request they make things right, they nice-bombed me and said they would pay to tow my vehicle to another mechanic of my choosing bc I do not trust them. All the evidence needed to validate this is in a diagnostic report with codes ran etc - which wouldn't you know they are the only mechanic I've ever come across that doesn't keep that type of thing. It's unfortunate an organization like this can be so unethical in it's dealings with folks. I've bought vehicles there and thought I could trust the service but unfortunately, they'd rather screw folks out of their hard-earned dollars than treat them with common courtesy or hold themselves to any level of a moral standard and reputation of service. We bought a Chrysler Pacifica here that has had a long list of electrical issues. This dealer has a service department that can only accommodate appointments more than 6 weeks out. Customer service does list of electrical issues. This dealer has a service department that can only accommodate appointments more than 6 weeks out. Customer service doesn't return calls and when you get in touch the call is handed off to others. They also won't honor warranties of the cars and services they sell. I recommend you avoid this dealership and its service department. More

Brandon was AMAZING! !!! His knowledge, friendliness and most important to me, attitude, were spot on! He immediately understood what I was looking for and after a disap !!! He immediately understood what I was looking for and after a disappointment that was zero fault of his own, he somehow pulled off a “rabbit out of the hat” moment. Brandon bent over backwards and we’ve continued a great friendship! I’d give him more than a 1,000 on a scale of 1-10 if that’s possible. Exceptional experience!!!! More

Completely scammed in Service Dept. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, only to be told they couldn’t put my tires back on due to an issue. Needless to say, I had my car towed to a local shop and was told the issue I was told existed by the dealership (when they had my car hostage) did not exist at all. It was a blatant lie. More

Do you enjoy taking your car to the service department to wait ALL DAY to be told "sorry the part wasn't in stock" when they knew what the issue was up front? Do you enjoy having your Chrysler product recalled multiple times? Do you like calling the dealer for a recall with the engine light on and being told "Earliest I can get you in is in 2 months. Does that work?" If you reply no, they will offer "You can drop the car off indefinitely and we will try to look at it earlier." If you say "Can I get a loaner?" They will laugh in your face and say of course not. If you like this things, then this is the dealership for you. I will never buy another car from this dealer though. More

I was advised after leaving the car it was the wrong day for service. Came back the following week for service where my car was kept over night and and I was not told by Dalton that it would be kept. I ha for service. Came back the following week for service where my car was kept over night and and I was not told by Dalton that it would be kept. I had to call the following morning to ask about the status of my service I was quoted $700 for non warranty repair. I declined to receive the service and took the car for a second opinion where I was advised the $700 repair was not an accurate diagnosis of the problem. A technician removed the service sticker in my window and left an awful mess in my car and finger prints all over my windshield. Not impressed with this service. More

I just relocated to the Nashville area. My mom has worked for a CDJR dealership for over 10 years. I have always had my car serviced at her dealership so I was relieved to find a CDJR deale My mom has worked for a CDJR dealership for over 10 years. I have always had my car serviced at her dealership so I was relieved to find a CDJR dealership near my new home. I take good care of my car so regular service is a must for me. I was 100 % satisfied with my most recent experience. I made an appointment for an oil/filter/tore rotation. I made my appointment for first thing in the morning. I was pleased when the dealership had me in/out in under an hour negating the need for a shuttle to my house (although the driver came around and asked is anyone needed him). More
