Had an issue with a software program. I was told by the dealerHyundai could not fix the problem. Engineering was working on a fix. 120 mile round trip for nothing. Took the Vehicle home f I was told by the dealerHyundai could not fix the problem. Engineering was working on a fix. 120 mile round trip for nothing. Took the Vehicle home fixed the issue on my own in 30min. Can't say much good about the Hyundai technicians or Engineering. Will take my car to a different Hyundai dealer for service. More

I purchased a new auto from them less than a year ago and.bought what we've thought was every extended warranty available.... at 24k miles my tires started going bald. Made an appointment because i was thinking they'd surely be under warranty. When I got there I was told that I needed an alignment at 12k miles and rotation every 3 months in order for them to honor the warranty....I should have read all the fine print even off the website... I am looking for another car, but I won't be purchasing there. More
