I am a United States Army Veteran with a certification in Diesel Technology. I'm a graduate of Aberdeen Proving Grounds School Of Technology. I've held many positions in the automotive industry to include: Parts Department, Service Department Manager, Lead Luxury Unit Advocate, Accounts Manager, As well as many leadership roles in the automotive industry. I've earned many awards from top producer awards, top lead awards, employee of the year and many accolades from my time in the automotive industry. I'm also a professional literary performing artist in theater and film in my spare time.

Took 3 trips to dealership to get it fixed. Dealership is one hour away. And then a week in the shop. For a new car that is a bit much I think but at lest it is repaired now. The dealership’s new location is absolutely beautiful—spacious, modern, and welcoming. While waiting for my car to be serviced, I appreciated the comfortable seating, refreshments, and entertai beautiful—spacious, modern, and welcoming. Dealership was very clean and organized given that it was new. My service advisor was great. My problem came when they turned in my car for an oil change it was filthy. There was oil stains on my car everywh new. My service advisor was great. My problem came when they turned in my car for an oil change it was filthy.
