just purchased a vehicle, picked it up yesterday. I sent this mssg to Dalton Carr this morning and as of 3:47 pm have not heard back. I understand this is a used vehicle but purchased from a reputable dealership to avoid having to deal with this type of situation . What happened to customer service? I sent pictures to Dalton as well. Again I am extremely disappointed, I went to Fort Wayne Toyota because of them having such a good reputation. Hi Dalton. This is Grace Schroeder, I am not sure who I should speak to about this. I picked up my new Highlander yesterday afternoon. When they pulled it up it looked pretty. (Nice and shiny) After getting home I am seeing a lot of dirt that the detailer missed. Wiping it down in a lot of areas that should have been cleaned. The glove box was full of and old 2019 license plate of the previous owner, all of his registrations over the years. Old lottery tickets and other miscellaneous papers. The windows were not cleaned, areas where maybe soft drinks dribbled. Then when I pulled back the back row seats, lots of golf tees, dirt and leaves. (I sent a couple pictures) Was this car even serviced, checked mechanically? Oil changed or just taken in and flipped? I am really disappointed. Bob Rohrman's has such a good reputation. I was expecting more. I was given 1 key, an told a couple of times "well, this is a "used" car. (We paid 33,000, it's new to me!) Lamont was not there. The manager on duty was very nice, he had them fill the tank and called the previous owner and is trying to get the other key, which I appreciate. When did getting 2sets of keys, your car detailed, gas in the vehicle and the car serviced become part of the negotiation on a $33,000 vehicle from one of the largest car dealers in the area. I did not get an appointment set up to the scratch repair for Tuesday either. Sorry to bother you but i am very disappointed. More

I was pleased with the vehicle I purchased and the purchase experience was fine. But the LoJack on the car didn't work and it took me 8 days, 6 phone calls, numerous texts, and three visits to the de purchase experience was fine. But the LoJack on the car didn't work and it took me 8 days, 6 phone calls, numerous texts, and three visits to the dealership to get it fixed. In addition, the dealership never offered to complete the title work for me, but instead sent me the title paperwork with a letter saying "As one of the guests who chose to complete their own title work . . ." I did NOT choose to complete my own title work; no other option was ever offered. Now I have to go spend a delightful visit to the BMV. Not my best car-buying experience, overall. More

I took my car in because my screen told me it needed service. I didn’t know what that meant. Maybe I should have been told when purchasing car, by the sales person, exactly what to expect. This whole experience of purchasing car could have been easier if I had a better sales person. It’s been a confusing mess since. I have found out so much about my car by using YouTube. When I took my car in for service, I thought it was because something was wrong, not that it was time for a service. The service person responsible for meeting me and taking keys etc., told me this and that. I wanted to ask him questions. He did answer questions, but had more questions and he had already walked away, thinking he answered my questions. I was talking to him and he wasn’t there, as I was looking in my back seat because I thought that was part of the problem, my seatbelts. He answered questions, which I did not understand. Just because he works there everyday, doesn’t mean I know what he is talking about. I think I have figured out what I wanted to know, but haven’t been in my car today and will check it later. The whole process was a mess. When I was given my keys and checking out I thought I owed money. I didn’t. How would I know, no one ever told me. I just hate things weren’t explained to me at purchase and things again, aren’t explained at service. How in the heck was I to know there wasn’t a charge for service, no one ever told me. I felt like a fool. I still feel like a fool. More
