At first, I had a gentleman (Ibrahim) who helped me find an HR-V that met my specific requirements. He said that he would hold the car for me. He did NOT. He said that he would go out and get a Honda Civic an HR-V that met my specific requirements. He said that he would hold the car for me. He did NOT. He said that he would go out and get a Honda Civic for my son to drive. We waited 25 minutes. Then, he came in and had a long conversation with several other employees. That lasted at least 20 minutes. He said that he was talking about a customer. I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THE CUSTOMER. After that I was assigned to Erin who was like a breath of fresh air. She contacted me before I arrived at the dealership. She told me exactly when to arrive so that she could get the Honda of my choice. Erin provided a Honda Civic for my son and let him drive it for an extended period of time. She helped me through all of the paperwork. Every time that she needed to go somewhere else for a while, she explained herself and her actions completely. Then, she got Dallas to help set up my phone in my car. He was extremely upbeat and a delight to work with. More

Erin was an absolute pleasure to work with today. I arrived around 10am and had spoken to a different salesman the night prior who was supposed to set me up with a few cars for a test drive. Great experience at Heritage this past week. My daughter was on the market to buy her very first new (to her) car. She researched several makes and models to find the one that best suited her My daughter was on the market to buy her very first new (to her) car. She researched several makes and models to find the one that best suited her needs, and it came down to a choice between a used Honda CR-V or HR-V. She also researched various dealers and online outlets for her seller. At the end of the day, the CR-V and Heritage won out, and my daughter now owns a really nice 2017 CR-V that came right off Heritage's lot. The price was right and she put a little over half down using her own money and financed the rest. Her original financing deal with another lender fell through at the last minute, but Heritage offered another option that met her budget and financial outlook perfectly. Win/win. Matthew Weiner was our salesman, and Dezmon Parker worked the financing. I recommend them both as the guys to see if you're looking for a used Honda in the Baltimore area. More
