Mike was not pushy at all and very noligable about the Kia me and Sally purchased. We where 60% sold on Kia walking into Dorsch but after sitting with Mike and him showing the options 60% went to 99.9% re Kia me and Sally purchased. We were looking to replace our Telluride after ours was totaled in an accident. We found the replacement we were looking for at Dorsch which is about 150 miles away from our home. Travis in sales and Dal totaled in an accident. We found the replacement we were looking for at Dorsch which is about 150 miles away from our home. Travis in sales and Dallas in finance were extremely helpful and helped us get the vehicle even though it took us about a week and a half to get the insurance settlement and get to their dealship. A positive and professional buying experience after a previous negative one from a differnet Kia dealership in the southern part of the state. Highly recommended. More

Service was fabulous. When I pulled in I was immediately greeted, and the lady had a mat to put down immediately into the car. She also directed me to my service tech Sam. Sam was waiting for me, went over with me again what would be taken care of with my vehicle approximately how long it would take and when it would be ready, and very politely showed me where I would be able to wait while the service was being conducted. She later contacted me. There was a small issue that she resolved, wonderfully and in good time. Sam was a pleasure to work with. More
