I’m very happy with my experience. Bobby did an excellent job of taking care of my first maintenance along with isolating an alignment issue and not charging me for the repair. 1 Star I had a 2024 Chevy 2500 with transmission problems at only 26,000 miles. Finlay Chevrolet had my truck in the shop for 2 ½ months because the part was on backorder. Out of frustration, I trad problems at only 26,000 miles. Finlay Chevrolet had my truck in the shop for 2 ½ months because the part was on backorder. Out of frustration, I traded it in for a 2025 Chevy 3500 work truck. The assistant manager told me the price and that my APR would be 5.9%. I signed all the paperwork, took delivery of the truck, and thought the deal was done. A week later, I got a call saying I needed to come back in to sign “different paperwork.” When I arrived, the finance department told me they couldn’t honor the deal I had already signed and that my APR would now be 9.9% and I needed to put $15,000 cash down. Classic bait-and-switch. I refuse to do that paperwork or even sign it and had the finance manager come in and after 30 minutes of sitting there, they figured it out and I could have it for 5.9% with further money needed. I’ve purchased nine trucks in the last five years, both personal and for my company, but this is the last time I will ever do business with Finlay Chevrolet. They wasted my time, strung me along, and tried to rip me off. Buyers beware. More
