I purchased a certified pre-owned 2022 Miata from this dealership early 2026. The whole process was filled with wasting time, pushing the sale of add-ons, and so, so many lies. Originally I liked the car, it had some blemishes and a few kinks that I figured they would fix since it was "certified". Turns out it was not certified yet upon purchasing and a "professional miata expert" (whatever that means) had to verify the car. I believe this was a lie too! After waiting over a month to get the car, and being told multiple times a week that it would be ready the within the next few days, I finally got to pick it up. It was not clean at all, the ceramic coating was not applied, they did not fix the key. They only fixed one small dent and painted two plastic panels. (The mirrors were not touched which was part of the deal) They also lied to me about the car having summer tires (they were heavily pushing a tire sale). Honestly, I will never come back to this dealership. It is a waste of your time and I really hope people dont get scammed like I did. I've purchased many cars from dealerships and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. The only thing they offered me was 2 extra oil changes... I should have told them to fix the issues before buying but its a lesson for me to take away from this. Stay away, they're liars. More
