I live in Pardeeville/Wyocena with my wife Laura. We both grew up an hour north of here, Necedah and Adams. Her work in Madison had brought us south and our love of the country brought us to here. I have been in different forms of sales for over 20 + years. I couldn't tell you if I love hunting more than fishing, and this location is amazing for both. Family and truth are very important to us. Stay away from this dealership. Went to sign the papers and test drive the truck. Found a scratch on the door. They told us that they would get it fixed but nobody ever called us. W Went to sign the papers and test drive the truck. Found a scratch on the door. They told us that they would get it fixed but nobody ever called us. We had to call back and make an appointment. Dropped off the truck and waited 4 hours for the so-called detailer to brush paint the scratch and it looked worse than just having the scratch there. The service writer let it go with it looking horrible. I told her, we'll be back, this is not acceptable. Made numerous calls to Dale and he made an appointment for the body shop to fix it. That took 2 weeks to get done. Went to pick it up and there was overspray all over the truck and another chip in the door. They just let it go again with issues. Called up there again and talked to Justin, who was a complete JERK. He blew it off and was supposed to call us back but never did. The whole dealership acted like it was our fault the scratch and overspray happened. We would never deal with the dealership again and we advise anybody else to stay away! More
