Dale McCollom was an excellent contact. Our Salesmen, Gabriel Felix, was terrific. Sales manager, Juan Del Arco Followed up with a courtesy call. Very thoughtful. Pete Palys, the closer was helpful and friendly. Only four stars because the numbers kept changing. The dealer add-ones were highly priced and there was the market adjustment of nearly $4K because the Telluride is new and popular. Nevertheless, we wanted it, so we paid. This is our first KIA. We anticipate high satisfaction. More
