Alec respected our wishes, and after the test drive he followed up every couple of days but wasn't too pushy. Once we decided on the Palisade, Alec made the purchase easy and went above and beyond for us: he scoured Hyundai dealerships within a 500 mile radius for the exact Palisade we were looking for, and he had it delivered to his dealership at no cost to us. On top of that, he honored our request of no additional markup due to dealer add-ons or "extra fluff" charges, which all buyers should be trying to find. (There is plenty of information out there on how to do that.) Once we got the out-the-door price settled, our trade-in went smoothly as well as our down payment. The F&I gentleman, Dale, was also understanding to our needs and helped considerably with knowing we only wanted GAP insurance.
