The staff is very knowledgeable. My sales reps name was Randy. He told me from the beginning he wouldn't sell something he wouldn't drive himself. I thought yeah right I s8gn you get commission done and done. Well as could be expected minor things came up. Not only do they have their own shop full of talented mechanics. They let me drive a loaner for the three days my truck was in the shop. I didn't purchase a warranty and needed front end work, I got two quotes one from a local guy and one from Springs. Yes Springs was cheaper and were done 6days faster then they expected and a week earlier than the other guy quoted. Hands down best experience buying anything I've ever had. More

I chose Springs Automotive Group because the had the specific vehicle I wanted and their positive reviews. I purchased a used 2020 Mazda6 on July 22. The sale went well and I left pleased. Part of the sales agreement was to repair the non-functioning blind spot monitor. I was assured the repair would take an hour of labor and “a couple days once the part arrived.” I’ve had now waited two weeks from the purchase date and still have no firm idea as to when I will be able to drive the car. The salesman has been apologetic, but not able to deliver on the agreed repair. I just kept getting told the car would be ready then pushed to another date. Yesterday I was informed that they do not know why the repair has not been successful, and they do not know when the car will to be ready. So far all I have weeks of apologies and no car while paying interest and insurance costs for a Car I do not have. My request to return the vehicle was flatly denied. Instead of my planned road trip this weekend, I’m home, researching my legal options. Update - After working with Oscar, we have resolved the issue and Springs Automotive Group has taken the vehicle back. I'm adjusting my rating from the original 2 stars to 4. I do feel that ultimately I was treated fairly. In retrospect, the Sales Team did what they could, however I do wish the Service Department had provide more accurate and timely information and service. I would buy her again but have learned that when purchasing a used vehicle, only buy "as is" if you are ready to dive it off the lot. I do appreciate the follow up and service since Oscar became involved. More

Stopped by SAG on a whim on my way to another dealership on a Saturday. I looked around and test drove a couple of SUV's. Abby is a great car sales gal. Everyone was very nice & they were able to get me a on a Saturday. I looked around and test drove a couple of SUV's. Abby is a great car sales gal. Went back three days later after browsing their website and finding what I loved, went in to drive it and drove it home that night! Abby, as busy as she was on her day off, still came in to help me! The following day, I realized my car needed a front end alignment, they got it fixed, no questions asked with same day service. I will definitely tell every one about Springsp Automotive Group and how greatly I appreciate their integrity! More
