In need of great customer service, go here! I’m starting a new job requiring car travel. Going to get supplies for this new job, my 15 year old truck broke down and my transmission was done. S I’m starting a new job requiring car travel. Going to get supplies for this new job, my 15 year old truck broke down and my transmission was done. So now I had nothing to drive. I went to Tasca Buick GMC Dealership in Woonsocket, RI. Unlike alot of their dealers, I was warmly greeted by the staff. I worked with Mike, one of the managers and he listened to what my current needs were. He then introduced me to Dale, a sales consultant. Dale was amazing to work with through the sales process, including a test drive, explaining the features and benefits of the Certified Pre-Owned Buick Encore. The Encore had very low mileage and was exactly what I was looking for. Then to close the deal, I sat with Anthony in the finance department and he understood my needs for traveling and mileage and assisted me with picking out the correct warranty plan. All this within the payment I wanted to be at. Tasca’s Motto is “You will be Satisfied” and I AM!!! Kudos to Arthur the Mechanic, Mike, Dale and Anthony and the detail department for making my car look good and a bad day turned into a Great Day with a Great, No-Hassle car buying experience!!! More
