Very poor customer service and management. Drove for 2 hours to the dealership to test drive a car after confirming the car was ready and available. Went there and car wasn’t ready/arrived. Manger didn’t hours to the dealership to test drive a car after confirming the car was ready and available. Went there and car wasn’t ready/arrived. Manger didn’t apologize or reimburse me for my time and gas. Definitely not recommend buying a car from them. More

The automotive industry, is a tough industry to please everyone. However, when I visit two of Tasca's dealerships, and they leave me disappointed both times, I start to wonder if it is me as a customer th everyone. However, when I visit two of Tasca's dealerships, and they leave me disappointed both times, I start to wonder if it is me as a customer that is unrealistic with my expectations. Dale over at Tasca GMC showed me that this is not true. Never have I ever had such a pleasant sales experience. Most people when they walk into a car dealer show room they feel like they are dropping into a "shark tank", with the sales personnel being the sharks, and the customer "chum". I never had this feeling when visiting Tasca GMC. Dale was friendly and open when entering the dealer, and took the time to listen to my situation, and helped me get into a brand new 2020 Sierra. Not once, did I ever feel pressured into a transaction I was not comfortable with. The entire sale was nothing but pleasant, and never did I feel as though my time was not valued. I'm super happy with my vehicle purchase, and my faith is Tasca has been restored. More
