They did not get the vehicle ready for delivery. We wait 2-½ hrs and took the car and handle the inspection, fill up and wash and vacuum ourselves. When we took the car to get another key fob we dis We wait 2-½ hrs and took the car and handle the inspection, fill up and wash and vacuum ourselves. When we took the car to get another key fob we discovered the physical key did not work on the car. The experience was not what I have experienced at other dealers. I would recommend going elsewhere.
