I took my car on Monday to have the oil changed, tires, rotated, front struts replaced, and new rear shocks. Those things require a balance and an alignment. I did not have an appointment, so them keepin rotated, front struts replaced, and new rear shocks. Those things require a balance and an alignment. I did not have an appointment, so them keeping my car until Tuesday when they could service it was fine. They called me around noon Wednesday and said my car was ready. I picked it up after work and as soon as I pulled onto the highway, I could tell it hadn’t been aligned. Even though, I paid for one. I had to then bring it back on Thursday for them to actually align it. I really feel as if the alignment had never been done in the first place. More

Car not repaired. Robert McDonald, tech, tried to help. He spent a long time trying to help but had to finish a job and went to get Service Manager to help. He was bus Robert McDonald, tech, tried to help. He spent a long time trying to help but had to finish a job and went to get Service Manager to help. He was busy so he sent me a phone number for me to handle. I went by his office and he was not in there. Bottom line problem still exists and I have made at least 40 call and spent at least 8 hours trying to have issue corrected. Problem started 4-22-24 and have no idea if it will ever be corrected. Car has 16350 miles and still under warranty. The staff always tries their best to help. Enjoy working with them. More
