If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. DO NOT PURCHASE HERE! Never have I ever received such deplorable customer service in my life. All I wanted was some help for my 79 year old mother DO NOT PURCHASE HERE! Never have I ever received such deplorable customer service in my life. All I wanted was some help for my 79 year old mother to purchase her car off lease. First they tried to tell me that she owed taxes on the full amount of the car - not just the residual. I told him that was absolutely untrue and I know that because that I am in the industry! I then asked for a manager, whom I left several messages for. No call was ever returned. I emailed and called another 15 TIMES and nobody would ever call me back! From store managers, to finance managers - NOBODY WOULD HELP. They were always 'in a meeting", and I was even told at one point that their phone system does not allow them to transfer calls! The amount of running around and unnecessary extra paperwork that we had to do for what should be a 20 minute process for a simple lease purchase was ridiculous. They were not interested in helping us because they weren't going to make a bunch of money on us. Despicable. More
