I had a problem with my new 2024 Chevy Colorado ZR2 bison. Chevrolet did not get the part to the dealer timely. Although I am not happy with Chevrolet corporate and the contact, people I dealt with, I bison. Chevrolet did not get the part to the dealer timely. Although I am not happy with Chevrolet corporate and the contact, people I dealt with, I highly commend Sunset CHEVROLET general manager Tyler Foss and my salesman, Mark Ball for the care and concern they provided. They took care of me when I needed to get another Vehicle due to the long delay caused by the manufacturer in their inability to get the part to Sunset timely. I gave the vehicle back and Tyler Foss made sure I had a loaner vehicle and worked out a better deal for me in ordering a new truck. Thank you for your help Tyler Foss. More

Totally hosed me. I walked out with almost $20k in worthless add ons. Still trying to recover from buying an 8 year old Chevrolet Colorado for over $40k. Was totally taken for a ride during a very vulnerable time. I will NEVER do business with them again. I have told dozens of my experience and all will stay away. More
