Purchased 6 vehicles from them since 2000 the last being a 2019 Traverse. There is a known issue with the led turn signal/brake light leaking and shorting out. They would not fix under warranty. I told him each time what I could afford and what I couldn't. He didn't waste my time showing me vehicles that were out of my range. Each time the vehicle he showed me was the vehicle I purchased. I was out of the office in two hours with each purchase. There's not a problem he doesn't understand and doesn't have a quick work around for. I drove two hours just to purchase my stepdaughter's car so that I could purchase from a salesman with integrity. As a woman, I needed a salesman who did not try to take advantage. He did not. He's respectful, charming and quick and he made car buying a stress free pleasure. If I didn't live in Texas now, I would buy my next car from him and you can not beat Jon Hall used cars. THIS PLACE SUCKS! I spoke to multiple salesman and sales reps at the dealership over the phone over a several day period. The price of the car online was 42,000. I asked what the price was if there was anything extra and over the phone they said no the website didn’t say anything about an extra charge either I drove all the way from Orlando to Daytona to drive the car. The first thing they told me was that there was a $4000 up charge and no one else ever mentioned this. These people are crooks, dishonest, disrespectful bad business people do not go there do yourself a favor. More
