I don’t like taking my vehicle to a dealership for an oil change & tire rotation at sit there for well over an hour to get something this simple done. I was told this process would take 60 minutes and sure e change & tire rotation at sit there for well over an hour to get something this simple done. I ran over a tarp type material in front of the dealership on my way to a meeting in Ft Worth and it got tangled up in my drive shaft and u joint. After not being able to remove it I walked back to dealership on my way to a meeting in Ft Worth and it got tangled up in my drive shaft and u joint. After not being able to remove it I walked back to the dealer and talked to the service dept (Anne) and they were able to take my truck and put it on a rack and remove all the material. All at no charge which was a pleasant surprise. It’s always nice in this day and age when you get good old fashioned customer care. Thanks Mitchell Zimmerman. More
