Not a great experience at Thompsons. 11/16 I was coming from 90 minutes away. I told Chris I would be there between 1 and 2 p.m., and he said they had everything they needed from me. 11/16 I was coming from 90 minutes away. I told Chris I would be there between 1 and 2 p.m., and he said they had everything they needed from me. Arriving at 1:30, Chris seemed confused and surprised and then went on to say how they were short-handed. Cut to 3 hours later, they are finally ready to sign the paperwork—typical finance guy hard sales pitch about upselling warranties. Noting multiple scratches in the hood and tail lights before leaving, they say they will call to address them. 11/18 After a runaround, they say they will order the lights and call back to schedule picking up my truck. 12/5 I have to call back. The parts department tells me that they have it, but the service department has amnesia. 12/16 I call again because I am getting emails for my service appointment. Once again, the service department has zero clue what my request is or whether any parts have been ordered. They have all been trained to say they will look into it and then do nothing and hope you go away. BY FAR THE BIGGEST JOKE OF A DEALERSHIP. More
