We made an appointment to see a vehicle after talking with two internet sales people who we later learned were located in a different state and have never seen the vehicle but said it looked very nice an with two internet sales people who we later learned were located in a different state and have never seen the vehicle but said it looked very nice and that the previous owners must have taken great care of it. Upon arrival to the dealership the vehicle was filthy even though we had an appointment to see it. We had to ask for it to be cleaned and the finance manger immediately had it washed. After that initial experience we had very positive interactions with the sales team and finance team. They made the purchase easy and seamless. Jarrett, Cornelius and Dan…..give yourselves a pat on the back. As for the internet sales team, make it clear that you are not actually at the dealership in Mount Pleasant, SC, but that you are in Orlando, FL. and that you have not seen the vehicles. We would have called the dealership to make sure they new we were coming. More

Sends out aggressive fishing mail trying to buy vehicles out from under previous customers. Bought a truck a few years ago keep receiving stuff in the mail asking to buy my truck back… that’s fine and all u out from under previous customers.
