Thus is the second vehicle we have purchased through Jackie Cooper Nissan in about a year. The forest was a replacement car for my daughter who was hit head on in a collision in mid-2024. Jackie Cooper was very kind and helpful in the process. When we went in search of a car for my wife in 2025, we were thinking of an SUV, a Rogue in particular. Jackie Cooper had a slightly used Rogue that was very close to what we were interested in. We went to look at it and took a test drive. My wife really liked it. Therefore, we talked with everyone about it and Jackie Cooper agreed to a very good deal. We bought it and the car has been great. We highly recommend Jackie Cooper to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. They have been very kind, answered all our questions and very very willing to work with us on price. We will definitely keep Jackie Cooper in mind for our next vehicle purchase. More

Dealership needs to improve it’s customer care. First when you enter the dearlership there is noone to guide the customer and ask them what do they want. I entered and waited 15 min before anybody came to ask me what am i here for. This year there has been a difference about the registration and red license plates. I wasn’t told anything about it. All i had was a paper tag and i was told i will get a license plate in 10 days. I wasn’t told that i will also get a paper registration with red plate. They have set up the wrong VIN on my nissan app and i just figure that out. Now i will have to get that faxed. More

I purchased a used car there late one evening. Since then, I've called twice and emailed once asking what happened to the floor mats that were in the trunk of the car when it was shown to me and Since then, I've called twice and emailed once asking what happened to the floor mats that were in the trunk of the car when it was shown to me and my family. This is two weeks later, and I've never got a call back or anything. Apparently, once the sells made the customer service ends. I'll be going to buy a set this weekend. More
