Worst experience for service they just want to sell vehicle I took my lease vehicle back and was going to purchase that same vehicle and the reason why i was going to do that because i had gone over my leased m I took my lease vehicle back and was going to purchase that same vehicle and the reason why i was going to do that because i had gone over my leased mileage. Sales person agreed up to the price for another car i had in mind however i was hesitant for the price i would have to pay for over mileage at that time i was told by the representative who apparently was a manager that there will be nothing to worry about for lease vehile you will only need to pay around $300 which is left to pay for lease. As soon as we buy new vehicle everything else is waived. So i bought this new vehicle about a month later i get a bill for $2600 from nissan for mileage overage. I called the same rep and asked him what is it. He mentioned that they are not Nissan and the bill is from Nissan. I was assuming when he presented the bill for $300 for vehicle i was leasing he knew what ge was doing or if i would be getting another bill or something. He completely deniehd and said there’s nothing he can do without even trying to seek help for me also argued with me over the phone. I financed through them and despite having excellent credit they gave me 6.89% rate so I refinanced my vehicle from credit union. Now i wanted my refund for gap coverage. I had provided everything about two weeks ago and i was promised that i will get refund in two weeks. I didn’t receive anything so i went to the dealership today i was told another two weeks. Never ever go there to purchase or lease. Every single commitment is just a lie to get the sale of a car. For this dealership customers are just number of sales they can do. No such thing as customer service. I will never ever recommend this dealership to my family and friends. More
