John was super helpful and knowledgeable and provided great customer service. Didn’t make any unnecessary service recommendations. My only complaint is that if your car is being worked on and your servic great customer service. Didn’t make any unnecessary service recommendations. I called to schedule my appointment to replace a small plastic piece. I arrived at the appointment, waited an hour, and was told the part is not in stock. I received an invoice for $0. 10 days later, the plastic piece. I arrived at the appointment, waited an hour, and was told the part is not in stock. I received an invoice for $0. 10 days later, the part was in. I scheduled an appointment and was told it could take up to two hours, which makes me wonder why I need an appointment to replace a a piece of plastic that is smaller than a coaster. Sensing my frustration on this second visit, I was then informed the cost would be $170. I declined and left. Why was I allowed to make an appointment to replace a part when the part is not available? I was surprised the part was not covered by a warranty and was not told I would have to pay until the second visit. I found the consultant Cy to be smug. He cared little about my personal time, and instead showed me files of other cars that need to be serviced. More
