5-star ratings are for Sales folks but not for Service so don't be fooled. They broke my cigarette lighter cover during service but won't take accountability for it -That's where i charge my phone and was st don't be fooled. Complaints brought to their attention will be denied right away without even investigating. They respond to negative comments on-line to make them look proactive but that's not the reality all those complaints are still happening today and management does nothing. More

The customer service is terrible. This dealership does not want to take accountability for items that they have done wrong. They will find a way to make certain to get their money by all means even if it not want to take accountability for items that they have done wrong. They will find a way to make certain to get their money by all means even if it is at the customers sacrifice. If you value your money, time, and mental well being STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! My best car buying experience This past October, I began a search to purchase a new Prius Prime using online tools. With the help of the online services of TrueCar, I requested quo This past October, I began a search to purchase a new Prius Prime using online tools. With the help of the online services of TrueCar, I requested quotes from Toyota dealerships from Frederick to Baltimore city. Of the nearly a dozen responses that I received, the one from James Anderson - General Sales Manager of DARCARS Toyota of Baltimore - was hands down the best offer. After a few quick email exchanges with Maria Dye, I scheduled for a test drive and signing the sale paperwork for the upcoming Saturday. On a Saturday afternoon, we were met with Murel Hurt, who accompanied me for the test drive and guided us through the sale process, The whole process took approximately 2 hours. This was the best car-buying experience I have had. I give this dealership very high marks for price and customer service. More
