Terrible experience. Had to bring the car in 3 times to fix the issue. Fixes were done incorrectly and missed - resulted in severe safety issues. I asked to speak to a manager the third time - was told that one wasn’t available and that they would never call me back. I asked for a call back. Three weeks later I have never heard from a manager. My car had to come in three times in order to address issues that were both missed and done incorrectly (resulting in major safety issues). On the third time, I never received a “sorry” or acceptance issues that were both missed and done incorrectly (resulting in major safety issues). On the third time, I never received a “sorry” or acceptance of responsibility for the issues and troubles. I asked to speak to a manager to understand how this could have possibly happened and was told that none were available. I asked for a callback from a manager and was told by the service advisor that he doubted that I would ever hear from a manager. He was right - I am weeks out and never hear from the manager (Curt). An unacceptable experience. More
