My car had to come in three times in order to address issues that were both missed and done incorrectly (resulting in major safety issues). On the third time, I never received a “sorry” or acceptance issues that were both missed and done incorrectly (resulting in major safety issues). I asked to speak to a manager to understand how this could have possibly happened and was told that none were available. I asked for a callback from a manager and was told by the service advisor that he doubted that I would ever hear from a manager. He was right - I am weeks out and never hear from the manager (Curt). An unacceptable experience. More
