Audra was my first contact with Soren’s and she made the start up process such a breeze. Super friendly and very helpful with my questions. Bria was amazing with enduring any messages or phone contact w start up process such a breeze. Super friendly and very helpful with my questions. Bria was amazing with enduring any messages or phone contact with specific employees was handled in a speedy fashion. She was always super nice and very friendly and after seeing my number so many times started answering with a hello with my name. Great experience. Linden was my main contact and he was amazing at talking me through the process and answering all of my many questions. Kurt was exceptional for being the advocate and middle man in regards to dealing with the insurance company. he kept me in the loop and went above and beyond for me during this rollercoaster of a ride to fix my car. We can’t forget Carlos. The man with the gift of fixing transmissions. He was amazing and finding and repairing my car. Each of these employees made an unexpected and challenging experience bareable and I appreciate each and every one of them for all the endless phone calls and work they put into assisting me with getting my car fixed at the least amount of out of pocket cost to me. I’d definitely recommend Soren’s for any of your car needs. Thanks to each and every one of you! More

Very dissatisfied with no response when phone calls to them are not returned to schedule service. Once, I can understand that maybe the service manager is too busy and I call them the next day and finally them are not returned to schedule service. Once, I can understand that maybe the service manager is too busy and I call them the next day and finally get to the car serviced. But for another issue when I called and left a detailed message to a different service department scheduler within a month and no call back is inexcusable. And this is for a used Ford vehicle under warranty that I recently bought from them. Should be called "poor service department". More
