I have been a customer for over forty years! Curt the service scheduler is always very accommodating! I always believed that when you had a time that the work would begin shortly there after. Not so😳 it’s obvious the system you have in place doesn’t work! At this stage of my life I don’t need this stress. Your service department was the main reason why I was a long time customer. The service dept is a team of talent and execution that is customer focused. Especially, Eric, the Master Tech, Curt, the Scheduling Mgr, Tanya in Parts, Justin and Service Advisor. My most recent service is customer focused. Especially, Eric, the Master Tech, Curt, the Scheduling Mgr, Tanya in Parts, Justin and Service Advisor. My most recent service was for my RV alternator failure the day before Thanksgiving when I was in route for gathering with family in the Columbus area. Curt notified Eric I was in route to White’s with the battery light on. They had me go straight to the garage door to the big truck rack where Eric met me with the door going up. He then diagnosed the alternator needed replaced and started the removal while Tanya expedited delivery of the replacement. I was back traveling in 1-1/2 hrs. Amazing service! Thanks immensely. More

Friendly knowledgeable professional. Pleased with my oil changed . In and out in 30 minutes. Was treated so well I went back for a battery. Had the same results.
