This dealership sold me a polished junk. I was informed by the salesman that if the car wasn’t in too shape, it wouldn’t be in their show room. So I traded in a car that I bought brand new a I was informed by the salesman that if the car wasn’t in too shape, it wouldn’t be in their show room. So I traded in a car that I bought brand new and had owned for 4 years for a 2019 530i. Only to find out after buying the car that it had many physical defects that had been masked. Another sad part is they convinced me to buy some protections only to find out that they were not refundable. I had to trade the car I got from them at a cheaper price. I also lost the protections which I was of the full notion that it would be refunded based on what the dealership told me at the time of purchase. In all, I lost about $8,000 dealing with this dealership. It’s criminal. They are never to be trusted!!! More
