I don't know where to begin. I met Curtis Barrett back in 2018 when I began shopping for a Ford Raptor that fit my needs. I'm a very picky customer and unfortunately for Curtis, I met Curtis Barrett back in 2018 when I began shopping for a Ford Raptor that fit my needs. I'm a very picky customer and unfortunately for Curtis, I found my Raptor at a Dealer about 3 hours north. I used Tri-Lakes Ford for the Service on my Raptor and maintained a relationship with Curtis while shopping for a vehicle for my wife. Well back in 2020 when Ford released the Bronco, I knew I wanted one so I placed my reservation and began the wait. Well it took almost 2 years to finally arrive and I couldn't be happier. Curtis put up with me for all that time and we still like each other lol. Curtis was always on top of any updates Ford had and for those who know anything about the new Bronco, know it was a mess with all the changes. Once the Bronco got here, we decided to trade in my wife's Nissan Murano (Platinum) and make the Bronco "Hers". That is mainly b/c since we waited so long for this Bronco to get here, I ended up buying a sick Jeep Gladiator (Supercharged if you must know) and I wanted to keep it. SO guys out there, get you a wife like mine! The transaction went so smooth and the dealer gave us a great deal on trade in and the finance guy got us an awesome interest rate. If you are looking for a small hometown dealership, this is it. Also note that since we originally ordered the Bronco, we have moved almost 2 hours away but still plan on using them for service and accessories since they took awesome care of us!
