I've been with Tri-Lakes for 15 years and my experiences have been the same since day one....great! I have come to know most of the "stars" they have working there. Curtis in sales, Brady, Barry Rock, Dar have been the same since day one....great! I have come to know most of the "stars" they have working there. Curtis in sales, Brady, Barry Rock, Darin Hodges and Wes have always been very responsive and never had any less than excellent experiences. The dealership obviously has excellent leadership and is very customer centric. Sometimes I just stop in to "shoot the breeze" as I consider most of these guys friends. A couple of years ago my grand daughter got her first car at Tri-Lakes. Honestly I've never heard any negative feedback from my friends which is a real testament! This was such a refreshing experience from any other dealership I've been too. I immediately felt welcome and knew I was in the right place! Tri Lakes turned a bad situation into a good one when my 2013 Fusion broke down! I was in town on a trip when my transmission went out. Curtis, my salesman, was very prompt and helpful, immediately giving me options within my parameters. Within a few days, I was leaving the lot in a 2024 Ford Escape. The whole team, Bobby and Curtis especially, did everything they could for me to make this deal smooth. I could've looked at dealers closer to home (2 hours away) but their assistance in the beginning ultimately earned them my business with a new car sale! More
