Curt was a very helpful and professional advisor when assisting me with an issue with my wife's 2013 Honda Crv. The service department saw me the same day I called in for service. I was kept informed of what was needed and the cost, and the car was ready when promised. “I recently took my car in for service to diagnose an issue, and I was informed the cost would be $200. While I understand the importance of paying for quality work, I found the pricing misleading. Initially, I was told the service fee was $150, but additional charges were added, bringing the total to $200. As a hardworking individual who values transparency, I find this practice deceptive and unfair. Additionally, I feel that repair costs for motor vehicles are often overinflated, making it even more challenging for everyday people to afford necessary maintenance.” More
