This is my 4th vehicle with Crystal and my first vehicle with Toyota. Crystal has ALWAYS taken good care of me and the level of customer service from the rest of the staff at Toyota has been off the chart. with Toyota. I was supposed to pick up my new truck on Friday, but due to a family emergency, I couldn't pick it up until today. Not once did i get hassled about the delay.
