Crystal Hopson was very kind, helpful, and reassuring. I came in from out of state and she made the entire process seamless and easy. There was another gentleman that helped me out putting the roof back o I came in from out of state and she made the entire process seamless and easy. There was another gentleman that helped me out putting the roof back on the vehicle. Gary in the financal department was very nice as well.
