Hi, I'm Crystal. I have been with Ed Martin Nissan for 6 years. I started my automotive career as the cashier, warranty administrator, and rental car administrator. I got promoted to service advisor in February 2026, I am really learning a lot about cars and enjoying the opportunity! A little about me: I have 2 children ages 24 & 18. I have 2 very spoiled cats. It is very easy to make an appointment and they can normally get you in very quickly. The service staff always listens to my concerns and offer advice. When getting an oil change or some other routin normally get you in very quickly. The service staff always listens to my concerns and offer advice. Everyone was very kind and professional, from first getting the estimate to the final repair. Estimated to take 3 weeks, it was done in one week. They did a great job; my car looked like new. Also appreciated it being cleaned out, especially the dirty floor mats which I had not yet cleaned from the winter snow, salt & dirt. Ed Martin employees have always been THE BEST! Thank you! More

Can get us sch when needed. Keeps me updated during work being done. Never get dirt or grease in my car while working on it. They were persistent on trying everything to get it fixed. More
