I Purchased my first supra from Toyota of Richardson in 07/2022 with Christina Soto. Initially, my experience with Christina was pretty standard. Wouldn’t give me an exact price, wanted me to just come in, etc. standard dealer games. Although, Did complain in detail about the distance she drove to deliver the vehicle. She lets me know about the incoming anniversary edition & i told her i was interested. She sends me the ones they had coming in. The Supra had an MSRP of $65,275.00. They marked the vehicle to $86,984.00 but so graciously reduced to 85,000.00 on 12/20. On Saturday, 12/30, i contact christina about the color, unable to decide if i wanted the White or Orange one. Soto replies “this orange, we can’t even keep people off this vehicle” during that conversation, Christina and I come to an agreement on purchase price, trade, etc. she requests a deposit. I declined the deposit because it’s the end of business day (after hours at this point, actually), they are closed Sunday and I made it explicitly clear I would be in first thing Monday morning to sign up and take POSSESSION of the vehicle. Soto agreed. She knew we were coming Monday. we move on. Monday rolls around. I remove all of my personal items from my vehicle, rearrange my husband’s schedule for the day so he can attend, and we begin the hour and a half journey to Toyota of Richardson. We arrive, the vehicle is not there. She knew we were coming, lied about it being there just to get me in the door. I leave, tell her to have her manager call me. They never do. They go radio silent and as i found out this morning, sell the car to another buyer. I will not be back to Toyota of Richardson. Please take your business elsewhere, these people do not care about you. You are simply a check. Avoid at all costs. More

Purchased a Tundra Capstone from Toyota of Richardson in August 2022. On their website, the vehicle I wanted was listed without a price. I called and spoke to Christina Soto, who couldn't provide a price in August 2022. On their website, the vehicle I wanted was listed without a price. I called and spoke to Christina Soto, who couldn't provide a price initially. After a prolonged phone call, she quoted a significantly inflated price of $117,248, compared to the $77,253 MSRP. Despite this, I reluctantly decided to visit the dealership. Upon arrival, I discovered the vehicle on the showroom floor with all the information I had requested earlier. We negotiated a deal quickly, but in finance, I was charged for an extended warranty I explicitly declined. After financing, there was no acknowledgment or thanks from Soto. Instead, I found a stack of her business cards in the vehicle upon delivery. Shortly after taking possession, I experienced severe shaking at speeds above 65 mph. Soto suggested it could be an out-of-balance tire and scheduled an appointment for the next day. However, the service center at Toyota of Richardson turned me away, claiming the vehicle was too new. Frustrated, I reached out to another Toyota dealership closer to my home, which revealed that the tires not only were out of balance but also filled with solidified glue from a protection package. Toyota of Richardson didn't apologize or offer assistance. The dealership remained unresponsive even when I replaced the tires due to severe flat-spotting caused by the solidified glue. While they covered the cost of removing the glue and balancing the tires once, their lack of communication and customer service throughout the ordeal was disappointing. I would caution others to consider alternative dealerships and be cautious when dealing with Toyota of Richardson. More
