Took 3-4 weeks to get in for having our modem reset per "Ford Pass" after the car was there all day, they said they didn't have a Tech qualified to work on it and we'd need to bring it back on Monday. The "Ford Pass" after the car was there all day, they said they didn't have a Tech qualified to work on it and we'd need to bring it back on Monday. The status of the car was very vague throughout the first day. People were great but once again the inconvenience and wasted time of having bring it in twice. Seems like most of our visits we have to do the follow up because we don't hear anything on the situation, or when we can expect the car back. More
