This last time time I went in to get parts replaced missing I was there for 2 hours on work t the people I've dealt with thru the purchasing process. This last time time I went in to get parts replaced missing I was there for 2 hours on work that she said would take an hour after 2 hours I asked how much longer the response I got was not the best it seemed to me she lost track of my car because she thought it would take 2 to 3 which she said when I asked how much longer. Than a few minuets later my car was done it was parked outside in the gravel and was not warm leading me to suspect that my car was done sooner and I was forgotten. I get it was busy and things happen. More
