Very organized team. I did get a running board that was different from the picture I was sent along with the quote. It was not enough to complain about. But this employee revives that friendly-down-to-earth service towards his customers. His experience with cars and parts are unparalleled. Him being there for many number of years speaks how passionate he is with his job in a generation where an average person will have about 4 or more job employments. I've been getting my car serviced through this dealership and have not changed that for about 12 years now. Even moving to Albuquerque, I would still go to Toyota of Santa Fe to get my car maintenance because they know my vehicle so well and it's the only place I trust (after trying out several local car service shops). I highly recommend this place and give this employee 5-star for his excellence in service and customer satisfaction! More
