Christian was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. I was shocked and upset at the cost for “diagnostics” that were done. 2 separate diagnostics were done at the same visit and it cost over questions. I was shocked and upset at the cost for “diagnostics” that were done. 2 separate diagnostics were done at the same visit and it cost over $500 to have a computer plugged in and reports the problem. Had I known the cost ahead of time, I would have never brought my Escape there. More
