Carolina Nissan has serviced my Frontier since its purchase in 2014. Their service department has steadily declined. Without reciting all of my issues, I will just say that I will not take my Fronti purchase in 2014. Their service department has steadily declined. I have purchased 2 cars from them a Nissan Versa and a 350Z. I have used their service and found them to be reliable. But they had my car in for a $1700 repair and it came back with some damage. They r 350Z. I have used their service and found them to be reliable. But they had my car in for a $1700 repair and it came back with some damage. They refuse to do anything about this matter a so I must say that this is not the correct way to keep customers. I even gave them a pass on one of the damaged parts to the car. I will never use them again and will not buy a Nissan again. Companies always have these surveys after service. I have noticed that I did not get one this time. So this is my feedback. More
