Craige was great and met us at our request - no back and forth! It was wonderful to have that experience, as we had not been as fortunate at other dealerships and thus walked out! Craige asked what we wanted and the price we wanted and we bought the following day! Mike was very knowledgeable, cordial, and efficient with closing out the financing portion of the deal as well. I made the appointment at least a week ahead of time, but when I got to the dealership, they said I did not have an appointment, but they were not busy so they put me in line anyway the service was fast litt when I got to the dealership, they said I did not have an appointment, but they were not busy so they put me in line anyway the service was fast little over an hour Apparently, I did not get a email back from the dealership, confirming my appointment that part needs to be addressed More
