We have bought over 10 Vehicles from Nimnicht over the past 8-10 years. With the only negative issues we have ever had dealt with the service department. Craig Powell is the reason why whenever I am ready past 8-10 years. With the only negative issues we have ever had dealt with the service department. Very calm with nothing but facts he’s presenting. You never feel like you’re being sold something. In all honesty I feel like we are friends. I brought vehicle into Danny to have vehicle cleaned and detailed being it had glue on window and tire shine all over exterior. I dropped off on 11/28/22 for my appointment on 11/29/22 so there would be no detailed being it had glue on window and tire shine all over exterior. I dropped off on 11/28/22 for my appointment on 11/29/22 so there would be no rush. They tinted the windows and beeline spray in was done. However the simplest job at hand was to call me when ready and let me know so I didn’t make a waisted trip. I text Danny and he told me to go ahead and come on up so I did. Once I paid for spray in bedliner and walked out to truck was still dirty and know one cleaned anything. Worst customer service I’ve received from a dealer after making an appointment. I should have went back to COGGIN CHEVROLET where they always take care of me and give a rental car instead of having to have someone follow me to cassat ave from Greencove springs. I would not recommend NIMNICHT Chevy to anyone. Service after the sale is terrible. More
