RUN! I bought a brand new vehicle from this dealership in April 2025, and honestly, the experience has been a complete letdown from the start. The sale I bought a brand new vehicle from this dealership in April 2025, and honestly, the experience has been a complete letdown from the start. The sales process was dull and uninspired — I walked in ready to buy, so there wasn't much effort or enthusiasm from the sales team. After finalizing the purchase, the salesman tried to set up my FordPass connection, but after a few failed attempts, he claimed the FordPass app was “down.” That turned out to be completely false. Since then, it’s been a nightmare trying to get answers. I've been passed around between sales managers, lied to, and repeatedly ignored — calls not returned, empty promises, and zero accountability. It’s now been 22 days since I bought this car, and my FordPass still isn’t working. If you’re considering this dealership — don’t. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else within a 2-hour drive. You deserve better. More
