Excellent people from service rep Andy to service manager Craig to salesperson Arzoo to finance person Mejra to mobile mechanic Clint. I went in for a tire change and was so impressed by the dealersh manager Craig to salesperson Arzoo to finance person Mejra to mobile mechanic Clint. I went in for a tire change and was so impressed by the dealership personnel that I traded in one Gwagon for another ! More

Jeff was great. He had fantastic customer service. Prompt with follow ups. He followed through. Shak was also very communicative and helpful. My tech at service not He had fantastic customer service. Prompt with follow ups. He followed through. Shak was also very communicative and helpful. My tech at service not so much. He made a very intentional effort to video the car being loaned to me multiple times very slow and methodically to the degree that it became degrading and left the impact that non verbally he was seeking to prove to me that there were no visible damages. But he made like two or three videos. So it was very excessive and over the top. Beyond that, he brought me a car that was in very poor condition. It smelled very badly and was extremely dirty. He gave me the keys and as an after thought asked if I wanted to wait so he could vacuum it. At that point I could not. I had to pick up my son from aftercare. I was very displeased especially after the exaggerated showing of the fact that the car had no visible damages through his multiple iterations of video and picture taking. I am not interested in another loaner from you all. The experience was poor. However, upon my returning of the car I had incredible service from Craig Livingstone. He heard my concerns, expressed sincere apologies, was very helpful in getting me back into my car that had returned from the detailer, and assured follow up to the concerns I expressed. My experience with Mercedes of Beaverton was great, I bought my second and third Mercedes and of course the third one is an AMG, Samantha and Mejra did a great job helping me with the process that was bought my second and third Mercedes and of course the third one is an AMG, Samantha and Mejra did a great job helping me with the process that was pretty quick and easy, I definitely recommend it to my friends and family, I don’t know who’s idea was to put that beautiful giant Red Ribbon on my car, it was amazing and unforgettable, Craig was great help also with helping me with technology, Thank you brother, Thank you so much 😊 More

Took my car in today for a recall service. Also wanted them to analyze a check engine light that just came on. They said it would be $235 and my car would have to be in for at least a full day Also wanted them to analyze a check engine light that just came on. They said it would be $235 and my car would have to be in for at least a full day. I said no and stopped at an AutoZone where I ran a free analysis in under 2 minutes and found out it was a loose gas cap (appears to need replacing). Why didn't Mercedes Benz of Beaverton run the the same 2-minute check while they had the car. I could have purchased a new cap and been done. (Maybe because they couldn't charge $235 if they did that?) Also, I've called service 4 times during business hours and cannot get anything but an answering machine. More
