Bo the salesman was wonderful…10/10… The manager/ finance ( 4 individuals) was absolutely the worst …..waited hours two different days w/o contact. Just wanted to share that Honda Winward made my purchase of a new 2023 Civic Hatchback Sport a truly memorable experience. My salesman Robert Hennessy went above and beyond to ensure I knew everything abou of a new 2023 Civic Hatchback Sport a truly memorable experience. My salesman Robert Hennessy went above and beyond to ensure I knew everything about the car from safety features to the audio system. He never put any pressure on me to purchase because as you know new car inventory is very limited at the moment. The sales manager Craig Hersh had a warm and pleasing demeanor and didn’t give me too much of an hassle with the purchase price negotiation. Given the limited inventory situation I was shocked when they agreed to meet me half way on my offer price. I saved a few thousand dollars and I know that is extremely rare nowadays. Also the finance manager Sabrina Dela Rama was so patient and kind with me since I wanted to see lease options via financing. See shared every detail and I was very impressed with her in depth knowledge of leases. Also she didn’t push me to buy any extra care plans but I did add some dealer accessories I was thinking about adding like the side body moldings, etc. After only a few hours I was off in my new car feeling well taken care of. I returned a few days later to pickup some accessories from the parts department and I was treated like a VIP by the Sales Manager Craig Hersh who personally took care of me since my salesman was with another client. He walked me around the dealership and introduced me to the General Sales Manager Mel Ramos who gave me a warm handshake and a congratulations on my new car purchase. He then took me to the service/parts department where I was introduced to Dalton Baker their Director of Operations who helped me get my accessories. After I got my accessories Craig even helped me install the new items in my car which I would never expect a manager to do and I was floored at this point. I can truly say that everyone I interacted with, Robert, Craig, Sabrina, Mel and Dalton, were professionals at the highest level. Thank you everyone at Honda Winward for an unforgettable experience. I will definitely be back again. More

Super super professional from first contact. Mike/Bob/Dave listened to our needs, found several options, and setup the purchase exactly as we had hoped. This dealership just adds to the known industry's dishonest practices. They run schemes between the service and body shop divisions and do not stand behind their work, even when it is defective! Probably the most pathetic dealership I have ever dealt with. I purchased a vehicle from this location and had a mediocre at best, buying experience. Then not even 2 weeks after me purchasing the vehicle, with. I purchased a vehicle from this location and had a mediocre at best, buying experience. Then not even 2 weeks after me purchasing the vehicle, it started to overheat. I informed the dealer and they advised me to bring into their service center. after the vehicle sat for 3 days, I was told it was ready. The techs were unable replicate my issue (I informed them that the vehicle might be leaking coolant and it was showing low.) the vehicle was not ready due to incompetence. The techs could not get my breathalyzer device reset even though they were provided clear instructions by the manufacturer on how to bypass and reinstall it. This took an additional 5 days to get my vehicle back after constant pressuring for them to get this fixed. Once i received my vehicle, less than 2 days later it started overheating. At this point the dealership refused to help me address the issue and began trying to wash their hands of the issue. I was ignored, and received no calls back or responses to emails I sent. Once I finally did hear back, the sales manager Craig proceeded to condescend to me about the nature of a used, as- is vehicle and how his shop (a glorified jiffy lube) couldnt handle the issue. Not only did they ignore me and not check the leak out, they proceeded to blame me for the issue as if I was making it up. At no point were any of my requests unreasonable. I wanted them to simply fix the thermostat or fix the leak. They did neither and claimed they tried to work with me. Avoid this dealership. Avoid Craig Hirsch. Avoid The salesman by the name of Robert. Avoid Mel Ramos. Every chain in this transaction link is weak and will end up in headaches, frustrations, missed days at worked, missed money and many more negatives that far outweigh any benefit this sorry excuse for a dealership could ever give. More
