Ryan's Auto mall was not the first place my wife and I stopped for a used vehicle for our 16-year-old son. It was Saturday midday, and the first two dealerships made us feel like we really were not that stopped for a used vehicle for our 16-year-old son. It was Saturday midday, and the first two dealerships made us feel like we really were not that important as we were planning on spending under 20 thousand dollars and not looking for a new vehicle. I even told one sales rep our budget and the quick response was yah we don't have much here in that range. OK, thank you, could you look please? This wasn't the case at Ryan Auto Mall, we barely got into the door and Craig greeted us with a smile, and how's your day going. He was very laid back and was more concerned about what we were looking for vs how much money we were planning on spending. We test drove our first vehicle and before making a decision on it Craig made us aware of two other vehicles, he personally thought were of value and good price point, the only issue was one was at another location. No worries, Craig provided us the second vehicle to test drive while he personally went and picked up the other vehicle we were interested in. We are glad he did as that ultimately became the vehicle we chose. We will be going back when it is time to look for vehicles for ourselves and our other kids. I was so excited, but I live 6 hours away from Ryan Auto Mall and didn't know how I was going to get there, buy a vehicle, and get back home. I was shocked when they agreed to meet me halfway (3 hour drive) and give me a ride to the dealership. The truck was exactly as they said it would be. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, professional, and had me on my way back home in no time. All I can say is, Thank You to everyone at Ryan Auto Mall for making this a wonderful experience.
